Join me for four different intimate, women-only creative workshops designed to offer space, calm and connection.
1. Mandala Magic - Saturday mornings from 10m to 12pm. Design and colour your own mandala. Experience the reflective process of circular pattern making. All material provided, morning tea and cheat sheets.
2. Exploring Creativity - Saturday afternoons from 2pm to 4pm. Try out various activities, like drawing with non dominant hand, and with eyes closed. Let go of outcomes and play with materials. Afternoon tea and all materials provided.
3. Nature journalling - Sunday mornings from 10am to 12pm. Starting with a walk in nature, collecting leaves and other plant material, then back for morning tea and writing/drawing/painting/collaging in our journals from the leaves etc collected.
4. Collage Club - Sunday afternoons from 2pm to 4pm. Make this a monthly creative reset. Large range of collage materials for various collage projects, afternoon tea and a great playlist.

- Doodling, drawing with eyes closed, mark making, and encouragment to let go

- Collecting of leaves/plants on the ground that inspre you
- Drawing, painting or collaging your expressions in your journal

- A calm, supportive space in a small group (maximum 10 women)
- You’ll draw your plant material and make notes about the item in your journal
